Hello,

My name is Aubrie Leary. I am the Owner of Western Mass Lawn Greetings! My love for making people smile has brought me to start WMLG! As a new small business owner, I have turned my passion for finding fun and creative ways to celebrate into my very own company! Lawn greetings were something that I saw as a fantastic and unique way to commemorate ANY occasion! Coming from a large family, we have always had something to celebrate! Being a single mother with a full-time job, my son Jaden helps me with the behind the scenes work and will even come with me to install or pick up if I need an extra hand! I have also enlisted the help of a lifelong friend, Ashley to assist with installations and pick-ups.

Our small but mighty team always put extra effort into making each lawn greeting unique and special. We truly want our customers to be happy with their final product. We are always willing to do what we can to meet and exceed our customers' expectations! When booking with WMLG you get the royal treatment, turnkey service and ease of mind! Prices

The price of your greeting includes: 24 hour greeting rental, Complete phrase, lots of fun graphics(balloons, stars, emojis, and images), delivery, setup and pickup.

WMLG will work with you to make sure your greeting is as special as your occasion!

Delivery and Pick Up

WMLG can deliver your greeting between 6am-9am or 7pm-10pm. If specific times are needed, please address at time of booking.

For birthday greetings, delivery is typically set for the night before. This ensures a true birthday surprise!

Travel fees will be applied to locations outside of the delivery zone(10mile radius)

Delivery fees will be applied to installations at special times outside of the delivery window.

Payment

Payments are due at time of booking to reserve your date and graphics.

Invoice approval and payments are due within 3 days of receiving invoice.

updated Invoices will be sent via email once payment is received.

If you prefer cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp or PayPall please address at time of booking.

Rental Policy Payment

Payment is required at booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation.
For the safety of everyone, please do not play on/around the greeting.
Please do not remove/move any signs, including our advertising sign.
Please do not dispose of any signs.
Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed.
If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, moving, weed eaters, etc.), you may be invoiced for replacements.
Western Mass Lawn Greetings and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

Refund Policy

If you must cancel your booking, you may choose to receive the cost of your greeting minus a booking fee($25) as a refund, or you may receive full credit towards a future booking.
In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to set up the greeting. WMLG will work with you to receive the greeting after inclement weather ends. If this does not satisfy the customer, the customer will receive a full refund or a full credit for a future booking.
No refunds will be given: if we are given the incorrect delivery address; the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting; the owner of a venue has not given approval and denies setup; if we are denied access to a gated community; if animals prevent us from delivery or any circumstances that prevents us from delivery that are out of our control.
A $25 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move and re-setup a greeting at the correct address. This also applies if we are unable to gain access to your property and must return at a later time/day to install.
By placing an order/booking with Western Mass Lawn Greetings, you agree to all policies above.
